Pakistanis are angered over sacrilegious film: Zardari

 
President Zardari has said freedom of expression no excuse for insulting religious sentiments.


President Asif Ali Zardari held a meeting with Hillary Clinton on the sidlines of UN General assembly session in New York.
Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar‚ Ambassador Sherry Rehman‚ ANP leader Asfandyar Wali‚ MQM leader Farooq Sattar were also present in the meeting.
Clinton was assisted by Deputy Secretary Thomas Nides‚ US ambassador designate to Pakistan Richard Olson and other officials.

US delegation includes Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan Marc Grossman and Deputy National Security Advisor to President Obama‚ Douglas Lute. Cooperation in Security‚ counterterrorism‚ economy and Afghanistan has been discussed in the meeting.

President Asif Ali Zardari will address the 67th General Assembly session on Tuesday.

He will highlight the challenges being faced by the global community.

President Zardari will elaborate Pakistan s efforts for ensuring peace and security at the regional and international level.

President Zardari will have a chance to interact with the world leaders on the sidelines of the session to further promote bilateral relations.
President will especially highlight the reaction of the Muslims, especially by the people of Pakistan on the sacrilegious film which caused violent protests across the Muslim world.
