KARACHI: Some lawmakers from the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz are expected to join the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) in what Geo News anchor and veteran journalist Hamid Mir described a pre-emptive move by the ruling party.
He said the PPP pre-empted a PML-N move by inviting some of latter’s MNAs to presidential camp office Bilawal House in Karachi as some PPP legislators were also mulling over joining the Nawaz-league.
Hamid Mir says two MNAs from Jhelum Raja Asad and Raja Safdar along with their father Raja Afzal called on Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and are likely to join the PPP.
